We make high quality complaints & returns: demands on our products and orders are compiled with care. Nevertheless, of course, that you are dissatisfied with the product or delivery.
Complaints When you have a complaint about our products, please contact by means of the contact form. Our customer service will help you in dealing with your complaint. We will treat your complaint within 24 hours with care.

Returns When you’ve figured out and wants to send products return we ask that you first contact by means of the contact form. There will be a return call so that we are aware of the return.

The return shipment must be made within 7 days from date of purchase to be made known to us. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

When the return shipment with us is concerned within 10 working days of receipt will the purchase price be paid on the agreed account number. Costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
